Body whisperer and nerve nerd.

With a background in medical science, orthopaedics, neuroscience and yoga, I help people reconnect with their bodies through safe, intelligent, and supportive movement.
I’m passionate about motivating you on your health and wellbeing journey, using breath, mindset, and body awareness.... and yes, with a little help from my life coaching skills to tap into your true “why.” Because finding the motivation to move each day is key.
I make movement feel nourishing and sustainable by helping you build genuine confidence in your body. And that comes from a holistic approach... one that honours your mind, body, and nervous system working together.
